We build the future with respect for place, light and people.

History

Named after ancient Tanais — a city of meeting cultures. Since 2014 we design and build private residences, renovate apartments and shape landscapes in Almaty and Astana.

Mission

Create spaces that last for decades: precise engineering, honest estimates and timeless aesthetics.
